Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date the parcel was delivered.

To receive a Full Refund, items must be returned in the same resalable condition as received, in their original, undamaged, and unopened packaging.

We will assess the overall condition of the returned product when processing a refund. Returns outside the 30-day window will not be accepted. We reserve the right to withhold up to 25% of the purchase price for items that are not returned in their original, resalable condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at orders@toufaan.com before returning it. We typically require a photograph of the issue before contacting the publisher. Once approved, a pre-paid return label will be provided, and a replacement will be sent free of charge.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or faulty product), we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid label.

In all other instances, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
